Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)
All tool orders are processed within [1-3] business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays).
Order processing time refers to the time elapsed between when you place your order and when the carrier scans the package into their system. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery. We will contact you via email if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order.

2. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping services to the following Eastern European countries:

Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

3. Shipping Rates and Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed automatically at the checkout page. Occasional delays may occur during transit.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (VAT)
When shipping to the Eastern European region, your package may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, and/or fees levied by the destination country.
Noisyleaf LLC is not responsible for any customs fees or taxes incurred on your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping (including duties, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. By purchasing from our store, you agree to have one or more packages shipped to you and to pay any applicable customs fees upon their arrival in your country.

6. Damaged and Lost Packages
Noisyleaf LLC takes pride in securely packaging our tools. However, if you receive a damaged product or if your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at [Insert Customer Service Email].
