Return and Refund Policy

At Noisyleaf LLC, we stand firmly behind the quality of the tools and equipment we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you. This policy applies to all customers located in Eastern Europe and other international regions.

1. Return Period
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the tool you are returning must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process

Once your return request is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to pack your item and where to ship the package.

Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Given that we sell precision tools (such as pulse cleaners and laser engravers), if you discover that an item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly, either by replacing the item or issuing a full refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following types of items cannot be returned:

Customized or personalized tools (e.g., machines with custom engravings).

Used consumable accessories (e.g., used drill bits or cleaning fluids).

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (if applicable).

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Incorrect Items: If the return is due to an error on our part (i.e., the item is defective or was shipped incorrectly), the return shipping costs will be covered by Noisyleaf LLC. Returns for Non-Quality Reasons ("Change of Mind"): If you decide to return an item due to a personal change of mind, the return shipping costs must be borne by the customer.

6. Refund Processing
Once we have received and completed our inspection of the returned item(s), we will notify you promptly. If your request is approved, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within [10] business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
