Warranty Policy

This Warranty Policy is designed to clarify our commitment to supporting and safeguarding the products we sell.

1. Warranty Coverage
Noisyleaf LLC warrants that, under conditions of normal use and within the applicable warranty period, our products—including laser engravers, cleaning equipment, and power tools—will be free from defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty service is provided exclusively to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

2. Warranty Period
Unless otherwise specified on the product page, the standard warranty period for our products is [12 months] from the date of purchase.

Accessories: Consumable parts and accessories (e.g., drill bits, replacement nozzles, or batteries) may carry a shorter warranty period or be excluded from warranty coverage, depending on the specific product.

3. What This Warranty Covers

5. How to File a Warranty Claim
If you believe your product is defective, please follow these steps:

Provide Evidence: You may be asked to provide photos or videos that clearly demonstrate the defect.

Troubleshooting: Our technical team will first attempt to resolve the issue through remote troubleshooting. Repair or Replacement: If a product is confirmed to be defective and falls within the scope of this warranty, Noisyleaf LLC will, at its sole discretion, take one of the following measures: repair the product, provide replacement parts, or provide a complete replacement of the entire unit.

6. Shipping Costs
For valid warranty claims submitted within the first [30] days following the date of purchase, Noisyleaf LLC will cover the return shipping costs. After this initial period has elapsed, the customer shall be responsible for the cost of shipping the product to our designated service center; we will, however, cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement product back to you.

7. Limitation of Liability
Except as otherwise expressly provided in these warranty terms, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Noisyleaf LLC shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from any breach of these warranty terms or conditions.
