Return & Refund Policy
To ensure a positive shopping experience, Glass Sword Productions LLC is committed to providing high-quality crimping tools and comprehensive after-sales support. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return and exchange service, effective from the date you receive your item(s). If you wish to return or exchange your crimping tool within 30 days of receipt, you may initiate a request at any time. After 30 days have passed, we will be unable to offer you a full refund or exchange.

2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your crimping tool must meet the following criteria:

The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when you received it.

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, instruction manuals, and accompanying materials.

Proof of purchase or an order number is required.

Please Note: Crimping tools damaged due to improper handling by the buyer, misuse, or accidental/user-induced damage are not eligible for return or exchange.

3. Return Process

Step 1: Please contact our customer service team by emailing mohammdkhan581@gmail.com. In your email, please include your order number and the reason for the return or exchange (attaching photos of the product will help expedite the processing of your request).

Step 2: Our customer service team will review your request within 1–2 business days and issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with detailed return instructions.

Step 3: Once your request has been approved, please carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to our company address:

4. Shipping Costs

Product Defects or Shipping Errors: If the crimping tool you received has a manufacturing defect, or if we shipped you the incorrect model, we will cover the full cost of return shipping and the shipping costs for the replacement item. Returns for Non-Quality Issues (e.g., Change of Mind or Incorrect Model Purchased): If you wish to return or exchange an item for personal reasons, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Any initial shipping fees you paid (if applicable) are non-refundable.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt and informing you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card or PayPal). Please note that your card-issuing bank or payment provider may take 3–5 business days to process and post the refund to your account.

6. Exchanges
If you discover that the crimping tool model you received is unsuitable and you require a different specification, the fastest way to proceed is to return the original item following the process outlined above, and—while your refund is being processed—place a new order directly on our website for the specific model you need. Alternatively, we can arrange to ship the replacement item to you after we have received your return; please contact us via email to coordinate this.
