Warranty Policy
Glass Sword Productions LLC has full confidence in the quality of the crimping tools we provide. We are committed to supplying you with durable, efficient, and professional-grade tools. To safeguard your interests, we offer the following limited warranty service for all crimping tools purchased through official channels.

1. Warranty Period
We provide a 1-Year Limited Warranty on the main body of all crimping tools, effective from the date of purchase.
(Note: Consumable parts, such as crimping dies/jaws, carry a 90-day warranty period.)

2. What is Covered
During the warranty period, if your crimping tool fails to function properly under normal and reasonable usage conditions due to defects in materials or manufacturing workmanship, we will provide repair or replacement services for you free of charge.

3. What is Not Covered (Warranty Exclusions)
Please note that this warranty policy does not cover damage or malfunctions resulting from the following circumstances:

Normal Wear and Tear: The natural peeling of surface coatings over time, wear on the handles, and normal mechanical wear of the crimping dies resulting from usage.

Improper Use or Abuse: Damage caused by forceful crimping beyond the tool's design capacity, use on non-specified materials, dropping, heavy impact, or water immersion.

Lack of Maintenance: Rusting or seizing caused by a failure to perform regular cleaning and lubrication as instructed in the user manual.

Unauthorized Modification: Self-disassembly of the tool body, replacement with non-official parts, or unauthorized repair attempts.

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
If you believe your crimping tool qualifies for warranty service, please follow these steps:

In your email, please be sure to provide: your Order Number, Proof of Purchase (a screenshot of your receipt or invoice), and clear photos or a short video demonstrating the specific area of ​​the malfunction.

Our technical team will evaluate your claim within 1–2 business days. If your claim is approved, we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with instructions on how to return the item. 5. Repair and Replacement Options (Remedies)
For tools that qualify for warranty coverage, Glass Sword Productions LLC reserves the sole discretion to select one of the following remedies:

Ship replacement parts to you free of charge for self-installation (applicable to simple, easily replaceable components).

Have the tool returned to our repair center for complimentary repair.

If the tool cannot be repaired, we will replace it with a new or refurbished crimping tool of the same model.

6. Warranty Shipping Costs

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs incurred to return a defective tool to our headquarters in Colorado.

Reshipment: Upon completion of the repair or replacement, we will cover the shipping costs to return the tool to you (including international shipping fees).
