1. Order Processing/Handling Time
Once successfully submitted, all orders for crimping tools enter our warehouse processing workflow.
Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Please Note: Order processing time is not included in the total shipping time. If you select the "Cash on Delivery (COD)" service, we may contact you via SMS or email prior to shipment to verify your delivery address; once confirmed, your order will immediately proceed to the processing stage.
2. Shipping Destinations
We offer worldwide shipping services, with a particular focus on providing expedited dedicated-line shipping and Cash on Delivery (COD) services to the European region (including countries such as Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Slovakia, Romania, Spain, etc.).
3. Transit Time & Shipping Costs
As crimping tools are hardware products of substantial weight, we partner with reliable international logistics providers to ensure your tools arrive in perfect condition. Specific shipping costs will be automatically calculated based on your delivery address during the checkout process.

Special Note: Delivery times for remote areas may be extended by an additional 2–3 business days.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Delivery Instructions
For European customers who select the Cash on Delivery option:
We do not charge any additional "COD handling fees."
When the logistics carrier delivers the crimping tools to your designated address, simply pay the total order amount (including any applicable standard shipping fees) directly to the courier in your local currency to complete the receipt of your order. 5. Order Tracking
Once your crimping tools have been packaged and shipped, we will send a confirmation email—containing a logistics tracking number and a tracking link—to the email address you provided during checkout. You may also log in to our website at any time to check your package's real-time status on the "Track Order" page. (Tracking information is typically updated and synchronized within 24–48 hours after shipment.)
6. Customs & Import Taxes
To enhance your shopping experience, we typically ship our crimping tools to major European countries using the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) model. This means that the amount displayed on the checkout page—or the amount due upon delivery—represents the final total price you are required to pay; you will not be required to pay any additional customs duties or Value Added Tax (VAT) upon receipt of your package.
If your specific country or region has unique policy requirements, we will contact you after your order has been placed but before it is shipped.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your crimping tools are lost in transit, or if you discover upon receipt that the outer packaging is severely damaged—resulting in damage to the tools themselves—please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the package and provide clear photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange for a free replacement shipment or issue a full refund.
